After waiting 9 months for our home to be built, 4 different close dates. NO communication from the sales rep, or the closing rep after receiving our "CLEAR TO CLOSE" they canceled our contract and sold our home to someone else. Their BuildZoom score of 80 does not rank in the top 50% of Texas contractors. BuildZoom is a better way to remodel any type of property.

We have received quotes from both contractors quoting our driveway to be completely redone for upwards of $17.5K, of which Trophy is now saying we will be on the line for. A driveway is built to last 30 years and after less than a year our driveway is already in need of repair.
